Antonio Fletcher

Antonio is a solicitor who has been advising clients on employment law matters for close to 20 years. Antonio is Head of the Employment Team at Whitehead Monckton Limited and manages the team at Eclipse HR as well as acting as a key contact for many of our clients. Antonio is well known for his responsiveness and helpful, pro-active approach to solving client issues. Antonio has particular expertise in working alongside clients in the Education Sector and away from work he is a Trustee of a Multi-academy trust. Over the course of his career Antonio has worked with many household names including major banks, retail businesses and manufacturers but particularly enjoys working with SMEs and start up companies providing them with strategic advice on employment and personnel matters.
