Gill Craik

Gill is an HR consultant with a unique combination of practical HR experience, legal insight, and commercial understanding. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and holder of a Master’s in Law (LLM) in Employment Law, she supports clients through complex people challenges with clarity and results-focused guidance.

With experience across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, Gill has led business-critical initiatives including TUPE transfers, restructuring, redundancies, and complex employee relations. She has advised both small businesses and high-growth organisations through multi-site acquisitions and operational transformations.

Gill is known for translating complex employment law into practical, business-focused advice, helping leaders manage risk, resolve disputes, and implement sustainable change. Her approach is rooted in a clear understanding of people, the law, and business.
Outside of work, she enjoys countryside walks with her dog, attending the theatre, dining out, and renovating a property.
